This is a Read It! Reader book about a boy who does not like vegetables. He does everything possible to avoid eating them! He sticks his veggies in his nose. He puts them in his shoe. He feeds them to his dog. He refuses to give his vegetables a try. Finally, his mom makes a casserole with peas, beans, corn, broccoli, and carrots (all the veggies he refused to eat) and he tries it and he likes it!
