Ruby’s School Walk ~ Kathryn White

Ruby’s School Walk

Written by Kathryn White
Illustrated by Miriam Latimer

“I must be brave, I must be strong,” Ruby repeats as she walks to school. While on her “journey” she faces a rushing river full of crocodiles, a haunted house with ghosts, bats, and witches, a tiger with fangs and jagged claws, and more! However, when she becomes apprehensive about her mother leaving her at school, Ruby’s mom encourages that same imaginative spirit as she tells of all the great things she will do at school. This is a fun book about a young girl with an active imagination! Read more >>
